i’ve been pretty busy the last few days – excuses, excuses – i was working all weekend and then yesterday was my birthday. i also went to view some apartments for the big move. i know i’ve been fobbing ye off with mixes a lot lately, but this one is, i think, pretty special. on a forum i use, someone had the great idea of doing a secret santa mixtape swap. well, mix-cd swap. for my entry i gathered what i thought was some really great music, put it all together in a pleasing manner, and hoped for the best that my recipient would like what she heard. i made a point of not being too obscure, and i tried not to let things play out for tooooo long. that didn’t always work though. anyway, i called the mix dark disco, because it is in places quite dark and moody. before becoming quite uplifting and joyful in a way. i hope you like it too. let me know.
